Elena graduated from Saint Petersburg State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Private International Law and a Master’s degree in Commercial Law of the Russian Federation. She is a skilled expert in consulting Russian and foreign companies on the practical application of corporate and commercial law in Russia and international private law.

Elena has extensive experience of working in a large holding supporting corporate processes and implementing functions of corporate secretary; experience in the telecommunications industry, IT equipment distribution industry in Russia and in the field of hospitality (she worked in one of the largest hotels in St. Petersburg).

The areas of her expertise include:

Representation in arbitration courts and courts of general jurisdiction.

Intellectual property issues: the transfer of intellectual property rights; protection of rights on the intellectual property results and ascertainment, etc.

Elena participated in the development of legislative initiatives at the regional level (Saint-Petersburg), projects for cooperation and integration of the state and business.
